Snaparazzi Photo Booths – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been paid and these Terms & Conditions have been accepted via a signed and returned Booking Agreement form.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All booking deposits are non-refundable, as the event date is reserved exclusively for the client.
If the client cancels within 21 days of the event, the full balance may be payable.
Where possible, Snaparazzi will accommodate rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event Snaparazzi must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. Liability is limited to this refund.
3. Event Access & Setup
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access, space, power, and a safe setup area for the photo booth at the venue.
Setup requires approximately 60 minutes prior to the booking start time.
Delays caused by venue access restrictions or late setup availability may reduce booth operating time without refund.
4. Venue Conditions & Safety
The photo booth must be operated in a safe, weather-appropriate environment.
For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate shelter from rain, wind, heat, and direct sunlight.
Snaparazzi reserves the right to shut down equipment if conditions pose a risk to guests or equipment, without liability.
5. Damage & Misuse
The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment, backdrops, props, or booth components due to misuse, negligence, or unruly guest behaviour.
Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client following the event as outlined in the PROPS DAMAGE PRICE LIST.
6. Guest Conduct
Snaparazzi reserves the right to refuse service or shut down the booth temporarily or permanently if guests are behaving in a threatening, aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Props & Equipment
All props and equipment remain the property of Snaparazzi.
Props are provided for fun and safe use only and must not be removed from the booth area.
8. Large Events & Additional Staffing
Events with 200 guests or more require an additional photo booth attendant to ensure smooth operation, guest flow, and equipment care.
A second attendant will be added automatically for these events and charged at a flat rate of $500, added to the booking total.
This fee applies regardless of event duration.
9. Travel & Additional Distance Fee
Our standard service area includes regions within a 100 km radius of Stapylton, QLD. Travel fees of $1.00 AUD per kilometre will apply for each kilometre beyond the 100 km radius, calculated based on the most direct driving route as determined by Google Maps.
Any applicable travel fees will be quoted and added to the booking total prior to confirmation. By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to all travel charges outlined in their invoice.
Snaparazzi services events within Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan & Northern NSW suburbs as standard.
For interstate or remote events requiring air travel and/or overnight accommodation, all flights, accommodation, and related travel expenses must be organised and paid for by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to booking.
Where free and suitable parking is not provided at the venue, any parking fees, tolls, or access charges incurred will be added to the final invoice and are payable by the client.
Travel fees will be confirmed at the time of booking and added to the final invoice.
10. Images & Content Usage
Snaparazzi retains copyright ownership of all images captured.
The client grants Snaparazzi permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and content while using the booth.
11. Image Delivery
Instant prints are provided during the event where included in the booking.
Digital images will be delivered via online gallery or digital album within 7 days following the event.
12. Force Majeure
Snaparazzi is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, power outages, venue closures, or emergencies.
13. Liability
Snaparazzi is not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the event, except where required by law.
Liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
